SSMN Investments CC- Engineering Consulting Division carries out Project Management for all projects according to the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) methodology. We are conversant with the provisions of the Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC), CIDB, GCC2004 and FIDIC forms of Contracts. Our scope covers the following:
